Arri 16mm/35mm film processor squeegee mounts for Photomec brand squeegees

Here is an Arri 16mm/35mm film processor squeegee mount redesigned to fit Photomec brand squeegees. Arri no longer produces squeegees that inhibit chemical carryover between the tanks of our Arribloc 1000 II (or any other model). We decided to remodel their mounts to accommodate a new supply of blades on our 49-year-old film processor. The print comes in two sections: 1) the main body, 2) wings to clamp squeegees at just the right distance apart. To complete this project, you will also need four 3/4" round socket stainless steel machine screws and four stainless steel screw nuts. See pictures to understand how it all fits together. Note that the holes in the wings are designed to fit very snugly over the screws. If you encounter difficulty getting them to fit, feel free to drill or sand them open a little. These mounts will help keep some Arriblocs going for a little longer! Happy printing.
