DESCRIPTION Long time ego, I put steel stop-handles on my shutters, handles you can still find on the market (30€ the pair). They are used to open/close shutters without having to bend outside to grab the small lock (that’s impossible if a sink or a settee is in the way) ; it is a locking system as well (refer to image 6). What’s in the kit ? levers (you have to assembly a lever, a fin & a plate to make a complete lever). Fins are provided in different thickness, to ease the assembly because slicing settings & the filament can make the thickness varying. They have a special internal design that makes them unbrakable (by hand) cylinders locking rings (& their spacers) used to prevent the lever to come out of the cylinder handle extensions, to be used if you mount cylinders onto the brace pins to hold handle extension onto handles protectives pads for handle extensions (to be printed in TPU); use them to protect your wall from handles rubbing. protectives socks for handles without extension (can be used as spacers as well) COST Adding 5€ to the price of my files set for filament brings the cost of the first pair to 15€ (half the price of steel set on the market). Each other pair you print, you save 25€.
