This model is to be used with a blood pressure pump bulb to push air into the bottle of aroma and allow the scented vapor to pass through the other port, connected with another hose to a gas mask or similar. Designed to fit a “Double Scorpio”, “Jungle Juice” or “Locker Room” aroma bottle but should fit others. f3ds and STEPs of everything included as well for your tinkering pleasure. The hose I used in the middle was a surplus US Army right angle gas mask hose and Squeeze bulb linked below.

Printed in PLA at 190C on my heavily modified Ender 3 Pro at 0.16mm layer height with supports for the hose caps and no supports for the NATO fittings, caps printed barb side down.

Attributions and parts used:

Squeeze Bulb: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077X8D94C

Hose: https://www.ebay.com/itm/223957344307

Base for NATO Thread: Gas Mask Flow Restrictor by leew85 over on Thingiverse

Any questions feel free to reach out :) Enjoy the various aromas!
