Designed for Army and WE G39 replicas. (I don't know VFCs will fit.) Put it into the nozzle just before the spring as shown on the picture. It is a conventional NPAS that chokes the nozzle diameter, works perfectly. I made pieces from 80% to 50% with 5% steps. These values mean that how much diameter (or rougly said energy) we get compared to the original value.
