Edit 5/1/2017 : A user from Thingiverse contacted me, reporting that they successfully printed my mask at 105% scale and found a comfortable fit. The person was an adult male. This design is inspired by the paintball masks featured in Army of Two. I strongly advise against using this mask for actual paintball protection. The mask should accommodate an average-sized adult male, but since I haven't printed it myself to verify the fit, take this information as a rough estimate. To give you a sense of customization possibilities, I've added decals to the design renders shown here.
