Army of Daleks

An array of Daleks, each adorned with unique color patterns. Each part was produced using a MakerBot Replicator 2 printer with .15 mm resolution and PLA material. The individual components (head, eye, gun, plunger, rings, shoulders, skirt) need to be glued together. A noteworthy aspect is that the hemispheres on the skirt are not 3D printed; instead, they are 5mm Wiggle Eyes from a craft store, which are painted and glued onto the skirt. For optimal results, paint the parts first before assembling them. This was my initial design and print project, so no alignment guides or snap features for easier assembly were incorporated - my apologies. Additionally, I scaled the stl imports by 400% prior to printing.
