The game unfolds on a 9x10 square grid where each player deploys 36 pieces, their values concealed until a victorious capture. When an attacking piece successfully occupies a square already held by an opponent's piece, the numeric value of that piece is finally revealed. In most instances, the piece boasting the highest value emerges triumphant and is removed from play, vanquished in battle.
