The Smithsonian Museum has digitally recreated many of their historical treasures, including Neil Armstrong's iconic space suit from Apollo 11. By removing the interior surface with the help of Meshlab's powerful tools, I was able to streamline the design. Additionally, I added support structures to ensure a smooth print quality, particularly around the delicate fingertips. For optimal results, be sure to use thin layers when printing to compensate for the overhangs caused by folds in the legs.
