For enhanced durability, I specifically designed new parts that boast increased rigidity, solidity, and affordability. Eliminating the need for heating bed tuning, visual aids in the form of pictures offer an insightful glimpse into the manufacturing and installation process. Additionally, I have developed X-axis ends which can be found at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:288293. To follow the assembly instructions, utilize self-tapping pan head screws measuring 2.9x9.5mm and drill holes with a 2.5mm bit until piercing through the 8mm tube (on one face only). Align the screws as depicted in the images provided. Modifications to the original components involve trimming 5mm from all tenons on the Plexiglas bed support using a Dremel tool. Ensure that the set square is positioned above the Plexiglas surface during installation. For precise alignment, attach one arm at a time while maintaining consistent height throughout the process.
