A die-hard enthusiast set out to recreate the iconic Barracuda VTOL transport from Armored Core 1 entirely from scratch, relying solely on video footage and the original textures as guides to decipher its intricate shapes and UV coordinates. The resulting model boasts an impressive 90% accuracy, but a closer examination reveals a subtle yet telling detail: the top of the VTOL features a slight elevation. Throughout the Armored Core series, including Project Phantasma and Armored Core: Master of Arena, the Barracuda makes appearances as a trusty transport plane, ferrying players' AC units to mission areas with ease. In certain instances, it's also seen transporting enemy forces onto the battlefield, adding an extra layer of complexity to its role in the game world.
