I took the file created by MicheleFaini and removed the hinges. The mechanism works like this: after scaling it in your slicer and printing it, you get some plastic tubing that fits into each hole, which can be filled with heavy gauge wire. The concept involves two loops on each side, designed to form fit snugly onto your temples without causing discomfort while wearing headphones.
