I've found this ArmDrive Bowden Extruder setup to be one of the top-performing Bowden driven systems I've personally worked with, and it's a game-changer. Its design is simplicity itself yet remarkably reliable and efficient. While the designer attempted to fortify the filament entry guide, PLA remains quite abrasive and will inevitably wear down over time. In response, I upgraded it slightly by widening the hole so you can insert a piece of Teflon tubing to eliminate entirely any wear and tear on the printed part.
