A high-resolution Armchair 3D model with 3 objects (base, frame, fabric) is available, each having non-overlapping UV layouts, materials, and PBR textures. The production-ready model comes with easy customization options using the provided UV layout maps as PNG files with alpha. All objects, materials, and textures are named uniquely and meaningfully. The model has been created in Blender 3D (Cycles materials) and 3DS MAX 2013 (V-Ray 3.60), exported to other formats. Promo images showcasing the model's rendering using Cycles, V-Ray, wireframes, UV layouts, and screenshots from Blender and MAX are included in the description. Formats available include FBX, OBJ, with scenes for 3DS MAX 2013 (V-Ray 3.60 materials) and BLEND (Blender 3D 2.77 Cycles materials with a PBR Shader and colors). The model features UV unwrapped (non-overlapping UV layout map), UV-mapped textures, and PBR colors and image textures for each material. The UV Layout maps and image textures have a resolution of 2048x2048 and were made using Substance Painter 2. The model is polygonal with quads only, no poles, consisting of 45128 vertices and 45120 quad faces (90240 tris). Real-world dimensions are used, and the scene scale units are meters in Blender 3D and Unity, while in MAX, they are centimeters. The object has a uniform scale with applied scale in Blender 3D and 100% scale in 3DS MAX. Textures are stripped in the 3DS MAX scene. Additionally, a PBR Multi-Engine Textures Pack is included for various rendering engines and game engines like Unity, Unreal Engine 4, Vray, Cycles, Amazon Lumberyard, Adobe Dimension, and Unity 5 Specular workflow. The textures can be edited or simply dragged and dropped along with the desired texture set for easy integration into modeling software or game engines. Please note that main renderings were made using V-Ray 3.60 and Blender 3D + Cycles with an HDR Environment Texture Image not included in the package.
