The project focuses on designing an Arm structure for a Humanoid/Android bot, creating a programmable arm controllable through an exoskeleton, gesture or computer device interface. Applications range from assistive armbots to surgical arms; key is understanding human arm design, dynamics and gripping action, integrating efficiencies into the Robotic Arm. CAD modelling progress has been made, with simulation on GAZEBO platform in ROS for kinematics analysis.
