Armattan Mongoose Parts - Freestyle

Here are some parts I've created for my Armattan Mongoose that you can use on any quad. Of course, many of these parts can be used with other drones as well. I had to get creative with the camera mount and antenna mounts in my previous build because it felt very cramped inside. To extend the camera forward while still keeping it protected, I flipped the connectors and printed a bumper around it. The standoffs fit snugly inside the bumper case, so the camera is still held firmly by the aluminum mounts. Originally, I had a bottom mount battery, so my first version of the session mount just used zip ties to attach to the top plate. But when I switched to a top mount battery, I needed to shift the GoPro forward. If you're using a toilet tank style battery like the "A02," this version will work fine, but if you mount it more conventionally, there's a risk of the props deflecting up and hitting the battery. So, "A03" pushed the mount a bit further forward to compensate. I still recommend being cautious when running taller motors or more flexible props, as they may not be suitable for this design - a 2306 motor is a good choice. Later versions have bolt mounting at the front standoffs, but it's still essential to secure them with a zip tie at the back.
