A bold twist on rnelias' elegant STL, this creation boasts a robust build that should provide more than adequate protection against even the most severe impacts. To achieve optimal results, I opted for an infill percentage of 25-50%. Initially, I printed with 25%, but the resulting part was somewhat delicate and not entirely suitable for its intended purpose. Considering the potential for high-speed impacts exceeding 60 MPH, I increased the infill to 40% for added durability. To bring this design to life, I employed TPU material and carefully rotated it on its side as depicted in the 3D model on Thingiverse. While supports were necessary during printing, your specific printer may not require them, so feel free to experiment with different settings.
