Printed with Sainsmart 95A TPU, using an Anycubic I3 Mega Ultrabase. This solution may not be perfect, but it does work effectively after rigorous testing over two flights and extensive handling. Initially, cable ties were used to secure the antenna in place, achieving similar results; however, this setup lacked a complete appearance. The short component of this design is intended for the ground or non-activated part of the antenna, while the longer section is allocated for the activated portion. A slight challenge arises when inserting the activated dipole into the tube, but tweezers can be employed to ease the process by pushing it through the hole located on the underside of the antenna. Once the dipole is in place, the entire assembly can be slid down smoothly. To ensure stability during cold days when the TPU material becomes harder, some strain has been added to the non-activated part. The antenna's angle is set at 30 degrees to accommodate my preferred forward flight angle.
