The protector prints flat and then warms up in scalding water. Fold it so that it hugs your arm snugly. Be cautious of the pockets when bending - they shouldn't be distorted! The straps should have been printed with a 0.2mm nozzle, although a 0.4mm one will also do. Use a sturdy 20mm rubber strap to secure it firmly on your arm.
