This is a quick and dirty version of the arm used on HMF Totem Q250 and Eachine 250 FPV Racer. Use treaded inserts from old arms; I heated out bolts with mine to put in new ones. Old soldering irons help get them into place easily. Sketchup files are there, use remix if you improve my version so it's visible, please! Don't let me miss the improved designs! Update: November 29, 2015 Some small errors were corrected here. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Pusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't matter, whatever works for your setup. Supports: Yes, of course. Infill: 100% to ensure structural integrity. Notes: Printing orientation isn't obvious. If you have suggestions in the comments section. Update: November 29, 2015 Now test-printed, found that the rotation I used gave me the shortest print time on Repetier Host: X-axis at 180 Z-axis minus 11 Y-axis remains unchanged Always use support while printing this design; I got better results with some trial and error: rotate, slice, and see what you can optimize.
