This is an ARM Cortex-M0 CPU synthesized using the 45nm Nangate Opencell PDK with Encounter to GDS-II file format and then converted to STL using gdsiistl python lib. Printing at 10x10cm, this would be a 50000:1 scale. Three files are provided: 45nmCortex-metal3.stl :Top 3 metal layers 45nmCortex-metal5.stl :Top 5 metal layers. 45nmCortex-gates.stl: Gate layer Total gates: 16122 Total area: 386944 um^2 No via layers provided (ARM is not opensource). This is a very difficult model to print, it requires a high resolution printer. A 0.5 mm nozzle wont work. Must be 0.2 or less, an SLA printer would be ideal.
