I designed a custom 45-degree mount from scratch but kept the original idea intact since it didn't quite align with my ARLO Pro kit's mounts. I decided to start fresh and work with the metal ball mount that came with my camera, along with a couple of screws. I chose a short screw for the face of the mount and a longer one for mounting it securely to the wall. I created this custom design using Fusion 360 as my CAD software. To bring it to life, I printed it on an Ender 3 3D printer, selecting a .2 mm layer height and 10% infill density. For optimal results, I omitted supports, rafts, and brims during the printing process.
