Arknights - Kazemaru Sword

This model is designed for Kazemaru cosplay from Arknights. This model is cut into 10 pieces for the body and 2 pieces for accessories. You can refer to the picture attached in the preview section for the file name of each pieces. Un-cut version also included just in case you need it. For the body, once printed, glue pieces a and b back to back to form a part. Repeat the same for the other pairs and join all the parts together to form the body of the prop. You can refer to the picture in the preview section for the arrangement on pieces on the printer bed. I will recommend to use brim to prevent any warping during the printing process. All the pieces for the body has no hanging parts therefore no support is required. For the accessories A1 and A2, you will need to print 2 copies of it. Glue them onto each side of the body once printed. There will be some support needed for A1 as there is some hanging parts on the star shape area. You can refer to the picture attached in the preview section for the position the accessories need to attach to. Base on the design from the official art, the overall thickness of the prop is quite thin. Furthermore it is base on the shape of a penknife, therefore I set the overall thickness of the prop within a thickness of 80mm. You can scale it up base on your needs. But do remember to scale all the pieces with the same scale factor. Since the prop is quite thin and short, you may skip using bone. But if you want, you can use iron rod with diameter of 2mm to 3mm as bone. Cheers and Happy printing!
