Arkham Batarang

I'm teaching myself Fusion 360 and decided to take on the Arkham Batarang for my son. This model is designed specifically for display, requiring a tight-fitting and solid design. This is not a folding batarang - it's a rigid one that demands precise printing. When printed at full scale, the batarang will measure approximately 14 inches from tip to tip. To achieve the desired look, each wing needs to be printed twice, with opposing wings glued together afterwards. The nibs on the top cap should be sanded or filed to fit tightly, which is intentional - I aimed for a snug and secure fit that's both reasonable and precise. Once my print job is complete and painted, I'll add a photo of the finished product.
