Arizer Air Case mk1

Arizer Air Case mk1

This is a case designed specifically for the Arizer Air 2, and the Arizer Air 1 if they are the same dimensions (I believe they are but haven't checked). It is designed to be air tight and includes a seal to be printed from TPU and installed into the case. However, the most difficult part of creating an air tight case is the printing itself, so using the correct settings to achieve such results will be up to you.

This is my first version and I see a lot of potential for improvement so there may be new versions in the future. I also included the ipt files in case you would like to edit them in Autodesk Inventor yourself.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Monoprice

Printer:

Maker Select Plus

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.2mm

Infill:

20%

Filament: 3D Solutech and SainSmart Carbon Reinforced PLA and TPU Carbon and Purple

Notes:

The most complicated part of this print is the scaling necessary to make the threads fit correctly. I'll list my scale settings, but you may end up needing to make your own adjustments, I suggest just reprinting the plugs until they fit.
