Ariete vintage 1389 espresso handle manico portafiltro

I designed this handle to replace the previous one which had broken. To make it more resistant I created an insert suitable for the use of a 50mm M5 screw (it is NOT possible to use the original screw, get one M5x50mm). I've been using it for a week now, printed in PETG and it doesn't seem to have any problems. Printing: I print horizontally to have a higher resistance, I used PETG as material to make it more resistant to heat and water, let me know if you are ok with other materials too. Full print with 4x4x4 walls/top/bottom and 65% infill came to about 60 in weight. 0.4 line width, 0.5 infill width. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ho disegnato questo manico in sostituzione al precedente che si era rotto. Per renderlo più resistente ho creato un inserto adatto all'uso di una vite M5 da 50mm (NON è possibile usare la vite originale, procurarsene una M5x50mm) . Lo sto usando da una settimana, stampato in PETG e non sembra avere alcun tipo di problema. Stampa: Stampare in orizzontale per avere una resistenza maggiore, ho usato il PETG come materiale per renderlo più resistente al calore e all'acqua, fatemi sapere se vi trovate bene anche con altri materiali. Stampato con 4x4x4 walls/top/bottom e 65% di riempimento ottenendo un peso di circa 60%. 0.4 spessore linea, 0.5 spessore linea riempimento.
