Aries Floor Mat Grommet Bottom - Toyota

This is a replacement grommet for Aries custom-fit car floor mats designed specifically for my 2011 Toyota 4Runner. The two-piece design consists of a sturdy top and a fragile bottom, which unfortunately broke during installation - twice! To fix this issue, I had to print another one. Although it's not an exact match, the replacement grommet works perfectly and is significantly stronger than the original part. Please note that I'm unsure if this design will work for other models, but I suspect many Toyota mats will have similar grommets due to shared components. After contacting Curt Manufacturing, they initially sent me the wrong piece, but after notification, they replaced it with a brand new floor mat instead of just the part. Their customer service is excellent! I designed this replacement grommet using FreeCad, which I adore for its ease of use and flexibility.
