Argos Inspired Star Cruiser I

I had a blast watching Star Blazers when I was a youngster. My little ones are equally enthralled with space ships, so I came up with a battle ship inspired by the Argos for them to play with. The stl is compact, just what I aimed for - a small toy that prints quickly. The level of detail in this design is tailored to its size in the stl, but you can easily step it up by scaling it up about 100%. That's where the magic happens! Version one took roughly an hour to whip up in Blender. Here are some print examples straight from my trusty CR-10.
