The original model was built with Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other 3D formats. The native format is .skp while 3ds Max scenes use version 2016 and Vray rendering engine v. 3.00, both developed by Argo architects for an intercontinental maglev train design. At incredible supersonic speeds through evacuated tubes, these magnetic trains can reach velocities of over 3000 kilometers per hour, thus shrinking the distance between Paris and Washington to approximately three and a half hours. Maglev routes mainly follow land paths but occasionally traverse oceans when shorter options aren't available. The USA-Europe route provides a prime example: only around 500 km of the journey requires water transference.
