They serve a wide variety of roles: private yacht, airliner, military transport, search and rescue and discovery explorer tasks. For landings around 54yards (50metres) are needed, for starts only 20 yards are enough. The airspeed can be such low that the plane can stand in the air or even fly backwards facing strong front winds! this makes it perfect for bushpilots in the wilderness.
