Print one of each item except players, requiring six copies, one for each color type. For tokens, mana, and coins, place them in spellcards2. Individual color tokens go into player cases, while the rest are stored in tiles2. Cards stand out as the only items without lids, designed to fit flush against the box when it's closed.
