A high-performance, 3D-printable outer barrel designed specifically for the Ares Striker AS-01 airsoft rifle. Full-length inner barrel support eliminates the need for barrel spacers, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy. The three interchangeable barrels - "Barrel 1," "Barrel 2," and "Barrel 3" - are crafted with precision, measuring 140mm in length each, while "Barrel 3" is available in a range of lengths from 75mm to 115mm to suit individual preferences. The featured photo showcases the 115mm version of "Barrel 3." Printed using PLA at a layer height of 0.2mm, with supports and 20% infill, this innovative design offers a substantial weight reduction compared to traditional metal barrels. The threaded muzzle is standardized at 14mm, accommodating most suppressors and tracer units. However, due to the plastic nature of the outer barrel, it is advisable to position the inner barrel within the muzzle threads as depicted in the photo for enhanced strength. EDIT: A new file has been added - "Barrel 3 - 110 Striker Thread," which incorporates a 24x1.5 thread suitable for Striker accessories instead of the standard 14mm- thread at the muzzle. EDIT: Two additional files have been included - "Barrel 2 - 14mm CCW Thread" and "Barrel 2 - Striker Thread" - designed for those who prefer an outer barrel that terminates when the stock ends, providing a tailored solution for individual preferences.
