These files consist of a single piece that should print without supports when using a full brim, or as two separate parts that will undoubtedly print without any additional support structures or brims. Collecting unusual items is a hobby I enjoy, which explains why I've created over 200 Buddha remixes. I came across some cane and walking stick toppers that I thought would make an excellent collection of remixes (and the finished sticks). For about $7, you can create an impressive solid oak cane or walking stick. Alongside the printed topper of your choice, you'll need a 1" oak dowel costing around $6 at Home Depot and a 1" rubber leg tip priced at approximately $4 for four units. If you want to use it on a stick of different dimensions, simply adjust accordingly. I print my creations with 20% infill and then apply paint and a 2-part epoxy resin coating to achieve a deep gloss and increased strength. To assemble the walking stick, simply print the topper, attach it to the finished dowel (after sanding and applying a clear coat) using your preferred adhesive. I personally use some of my leftover 2-part resin for this purpose. The result will be an exceptional walking stick – or more if you're like me and enjoy collecting these unique items.
