This Ceiling Fan / Light pull chain, ball chain, pull string knob, handle, finial, fob is made for standard use with #6 (3.2mm) ball chain. It also works well with smaller chains when using a #6 metal connector. The Complete File Needs Support. Alternatively, print the Left/Right files and glue them together if you don't want to deal with supports. To install, feed the chain through the top of the print and attach a standard #6 connector to it. If using a ball chain and metal connector, form a loop around a keyring and hook the other end of the connector onto it. If you don't have a metal connector, print the BALL-CONNECTOR.stl file I've included. Note that if printed in PLA, it's a tight fit. Lay the chain on a hard surface, position the connector over the last ball of the chain, and push down until it snaps into place. You can also use string with a large knot tied at the end. I usually print things with 10% infill - however, for ceiling fan use, you may want to increase the infill for added weight. I've designed hundreds of remixes.
