Are you guys here for the party? I designed this scene with Maya, Zbrush, Sub P, and also utilized Unfold 3d. I began with a zbrush sculpt of the mushroom "Pinky" and retopped it so that I could bake its normals and base diffuse textures to use as contribution maps in Sub P. In sub P, I created the roughness, SSS, and enhanced some other details of "Pinky" before building the rest of the scene in Maya. The fairies' bodies are a simple mesh that I sculpted and reduced resolution to in Zbrush. Since they only needed to be emissive all over, unwrapping wasn't necessary. The other fairy details include simple polygon strips for their wings and the flutter effect trailing them. Outside of Sketchfab, I've been using Vray to preview my renders.
