I'm excited to share my latest creation with you - an Arduino wristwatch designed in Fusion 360 after months of tweaking and refining. Here are the final results! Every component except the wristwatch band and glass was 3D printed using my Prusa I3 MK3S printer, which includes: Main body Outer Glass ring Bottom body Buttons To achieve the best possible print quality, I used the following settings in Cura: Prusa I3 MK3S 3D Printer PLA Material Layer Height: 0.1 mm Shell Thickness: 0.8 mm (Nozzle: 0.4 - 2 Shells) Top and Bottom Thickness: 0.8mm Fill Density: 100% Filament Diameter: 1.75mm Support Type: Everywhere Platform adhesion Type: Skirt The watch glass and outer glass ring are press-fitted for a secure fit, while the PCB screws with M1.4 Phillips screws attach the bottom casing to the main casing, don't forget to add the 3D printed buttons. If you're experiencing any issues during the 3D printing process, I've included CAD files and an adapter so that you can wear the watch as a badge!
