Arduino Uno with shield case + SMA/cable hole
thingiverse
This case is capable for Arduino Uno R3 with square connector, but it's possible to use miniUSB connector also. Height of the case designed for additional shield, but if you do not plan to use wiring connectors (or just plan to solder wires), you probably may install second shield and it most probably should fit to case. I use Arduino Uno R3 (CH340G) with installed GPS logger shield and connected LoRa via wiring. All wires and connectors fits to remaining space. Hole designed for SMA connector for antenna, but can be used as wire output. Printing tips: No supports is needed, but good cooling is advised while printing sliders of case (for cap). A little horizontal backlash take place to achieve easy installation of board with connected shields. If you want get rid of this, just reduce scale of model 5% horizontally.
