Arduino Uno R3 case with VESA mounts and more
thingiverse
This Arduino Uno R3 case draws inspiration from 0110-M-P's ingenious Raspberry Pi case design found on Thingiverse. Similar to its predecessor, this Uno case boasts several key features: * A screw-together design * Secure mounting of the Uno R3 to the case via holes in the PCB * Integrated 75mm VESA mounting tabs * A unique rotary engine vent design featuring a reuleaux triangle * High-resolution STL mesh The same screw sizes are used, so I simply borrowed the text from the Raspberry Pi case: * Uno R3 to bottom: Four #4 x 1/4" sheet metal screws Alternative #1: M3 x 6mm Alternative #2: M2 x 6mm w/ heat set inserts (McMaster #94180A312) * Top to bottom: Four #4 x 3/4" sheet metal screws Alternative #1: M3 x 18mm Alternative #2: M2 x 18mm w/ heat set inserts (McMaster #94180A312) I've added STL files for a clean bottom, a VESA-75 bottom, and an 8020 bottom. As always, the STEP file of the two case halves is included for those who want to modify the design for their needs. If you spot any problems (dimensional or otherwise), please post them so I can update the model.
