This is a GRBL Shield case to house a 90mm fan. There's 4x 5mm holes for mounting. My fan had the clips already. I modeled up clips that "should work" but I have not tested them. I gave 2mm for the screw head clearance. Print the case as is. Print 2x fan brackets if needed. Arrange them so the tabs are laying on the bed.
