Arduino UNO / CNC Shield Enclosure for CNC Router (MillRight M3)

The MillRight M3 is a great hobby CNC router kit. It performs well for those on a budget (like me). Since it is a budget kit, it does not include an enclosure for the electronics and fan, so I designed this one to keep some of the sawdust out and protect the electronics from damage. Plus, it just looks more finished. There is a MillRight logo in the fan grille to give it a custom look and a version with a plain grille as well. This enclosure mounts on the side of the M3 router in same location as the stock electronics, and does not require any extra holes to be drilled. Run an M3 tap through the Arduino UNO mounting holes on the base plate or use self-tapping screws. Use the two existing mounting holes on the side of the M3 router to mount the base plate. Route the wires through the notches in the top and bottom of the base plate. Attach the power connector to the base plate with two nylon zip ties. Mount the fan in the enclosure cover with appropriate length screws and nuts. Attach the cover to the base with M3 screws. UPDATE 09-JAN-2019: Converted the .stl files to millimeters so that they are properly scaled when opened in your slicer.
