We have a collection of outdated as well as new Lego motors, kits and an abundance of blocks and accessories. I created several Lego compatible chassis designs. You can mount the motors, and an Arduino Uno and a L298N to drive the motors (You can also use a motor shield instead of L298N). I designed these straightforward chassis for our upcoming DIY Robotics / Coding unit. The main version has housings for 2 old Lego motors (Front wheel drive), servo motor/ultrasonic sensor, a Lego 6 AA battery holder, a place to attach a small Lego wheel from the bottom. This version is very easy to assemble by the students. Also, supports have been added to the new version to strengthen the chassis (prevent warping) and protect the electronics during crashes. I also created a simplified version that only houses 2 motors and a battery holder. This is for primary students to assemble and play with. I also designed an adapter to accommodate M motors. I am confident you will find them useful. Here are three videos showing the components, a test run and an overview: https://youtu.be/ufDnBe2nXjg https://youtu.be/1LvGp-FGMg4 https://youtu.be/3tK_USAquBw
