I've been tinkering with a concept for modular "shelves" that Arduinos can slide into and out of like a server rack. The design also incorporates magnets to keep the modules securely together - I'm using these tiny magnets: Amazon.com's Silver Strong Block Magnets (Refrigerator Magnet)
