The Human Resource Manager of the company is directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and management within the organization. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, training, performance evaluations, compensation, benefits, and conflict resolution. The manager is also expected to implement and enforce company policies in relation to these areas as well as provide guidance and support to employees on a regular basis. The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with other senior executives to ensure that HR strategies are aligned with overall business objectives. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR plans, programs, and policies that support the company's mission and goals. In terms of specific responsibilities, the Human Resource Manager will: * Develop and implement employee recruitment and retention strategies * Manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance evaluations, discipline, and termination * Provide guidance and support to employees on benefits, compensation, and other HR-related matters * Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop training programs * Analyze and report on human resources metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-hire * Develop and maintain a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a valid professional certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR. The manager must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
