arduino ramps mount alunar m505
thingiverse
I recently purchased and installed the ramps 1.4 kit on my Alunar M505, eager to share this design with anyone seeking a reliable mounting solution. The base will print with countersunk holes designed to securely hold M3 nuts, providing a sturdy foundation for the boards. I used thirty gauge M3 screws that fit perfectly through the holes in the ramps 1.4 and the stand-offs are precisely the right height for the screw to tighten flush with the bottom of the M3 nuts, ensuring the entire base mounts flush with the side of the printer. The holes to secure the base to the printer align perfectly with the existing holes that hold the motherboard supplied with the Alunar M505. I suspect this design would also suit the Anet A8.
