This setup is specifically designed for swapping out the original Arduino Mega 2560 R3 board on your Monoprice Maker Select Mini with an Arduino or RAMPS (RepRap Arduino Mega Polulu Shield) board. To do this, you will need to follow these steps: 1. Remove any cables from the original board that are connected to the RAMPS. 2. Locate the screws that hold the original board in place and remove them carefully. 3. Gently lift out the original board. 4. Place your Arduino or RAMPS board onto the same screw holes where the original board was. 5. Connect all of your cables back to their respective connections on the new board, making sure they are securely attached. 6. Reattach the screws that hold the new board in place and tighten them firmly. 7. Double-check all of your connections to ensure everything is properly seated and secure. By following these steps, you will be able to swap out your original Arduino Mega 2560 R3 board for an Arduino or RAMPS board on your Monoprice Maker Select Mini.
