Arduino Pet Feeder (Proof of Concept)
thingiverse
This is proof of concept design however it performs well. It will hold a week's supply of pet food. A couple of notes; the printed parts can be used on container of your choice. I used scrap wood however you could use a plastic container if you desire. It is essential that the space between the rotating base and the "nozzle" of the fixed base be wrapped in rubber (I used a bicycle tube). This prevents food from jamming between sliding base and outlet. Power is supplied by a 2000 mAH 5V phone charger. Click like below for YouTube showing feeder in action.
