Arduino MySensors Air Quality Node Box for Gas Sensors and Geiger counter
thingiverse
This is a box designed specifically for an IoT project at home. It is based on MySensors, utilizing an Arduino nano and RFM69HW 433 MHz Radio. Seven AirQuality GAS sensors are included, with no need to adjust heater voltage, as well as a Geiger Counter featuring the M4011 tube. I initially mounted the Geiger Counter on the bottom cover, but it ended up being fixed upside down, so adjustments will be necessary for the height of the supports. The Geiger Counter used is this model: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-Assembled-DIY-Geiger-Counter-Kit-Nuclear-Radiation-Detector-GM-Tube/32336592385.html. Similarly, the GAS sensors Kit for arduino can be found here: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Gas-detection-module-MQ-2-MQ-3-MQ-4-MQ-5-MQ-6-MQ-7-MQ/1966591369.html. The sensors used in this project are: Geiger M4011 MQ-8, detecting H2 gas at levels of 100 to 1000 ppm MQ-4, measuring methane (CH4) concentrations between 300 and 10,000 ppm MQ-2, monitoring LPG and propane (200ppm-5000ppm), butane (300ppm-5000ppm), methane (5000ppm-20000ppm), hydrogen (300ppm-5000ppm), alcohol (100ppm-2000ppm) MQ-5, detecting LPG, LNG natural gas, iso-butane, propane town gas at levels of 200 to 10,000 ppm MQ135, measuring NH3 concentrations between 10 and 300 ppm, benzene (10ppm-1000ppm), alcohol (10ppm-300ppm) MQ-6, monitoring propane levels between 300 and 10,000 ppm MQ-3, detecting alcohol at levels of 25 to 500 ppm Arduino code has been added: geiger_03.ino - A sketch designed to test the sensors GasAndGeiger_u001.ino - A complete Gas & Geiger Home node based on opensource projects: https://www.mysensors.org and https://majordomohome.com/ (Russian version: https://majordomo.smartliving.ru/) Print Settings: Printer: DIY Prisa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.15 Infill: 55% Notes: ABS bed temperature 110C, extruder temperature 245C
