Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:934777 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:279537, I have expanded the enclosure slightly to accommodate a 1602 LCD module, adding a cutout for seamless integration. The design has a satisfying light 'snap' when assembled, yet remains loose enough to be easily disassembled when needed. It can hold its own weight (bottom+mega+ethernet shield+1602 LCD+top) and remain intact with moderate handling. Nice. Assembly: Begin by inserting the jack end first at a 45-degree angle, guiding the front edge (side with square hole) into place carefully. Be cautious of those tabs; they are prone to breaking if you rush the process.
