The Arduino PCB simply clicks into place and can be released by pushing on a small hook. Three screw holes are embedded with nuts, allowing you to securely fasten the board down if needed. Even the entire RAMPS assembly is held firmly in place. A convenient fan holder is also included: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2530995 This mount is designed specifically for RAMPS boards on 3D printers but can be used with any Arduino Mega 2560 applications. If you want to attach the device to an aluminum profile frame, see this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2169986 The STL file already includes additional features like more support pillars and improved ventilation for the Arduino's voltage regulator. This part is used in my Prusa i3 Master Rework project. Print Settings: Printer: Sintron Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25mm Notes: Less brittle material is recommended. I used PETG, which worked perfectly well. Post-Printing: The model includes all support structures. You must drill through the three screw holes to remove the support pillars from their hexagonal indentations. The support under the clamping hook can be easily removed with a knife.
