Arduino Mega 2560 R3 Bumper * Built to last with a sturdy frame and compact dimensions. * Strategically designed recessed areas for secure pin connections. * Perfectly suited for STEM education or professional workshop use. * Mounting holes accommodate a 4-40 or M2.5 tap, with a thin bottom layer allowing easy punch-through. * Snap-fit design enables seamless assembly without screws. To assemble the board, employ a hand drill and a #40 bit in conjunction with a pin-vise, then tap it into place (a 4-40 metal screw can also be used). For a polished finish, utilize 3/8" or longer black 4-40 nylon screws, cutting off any excess with an x-acto blade. If the board does not fit together smoothly, adjust the print scale accordingly; I have successfully printed boards with a scale factor of up to 1.004.
