Arduino Mega 2020 Extrusion Mount
thingiverse
Just a basic Arduino Mega mount for 2020 extrusion. I set it up to work with the GrblDuino Mega Shield v1 from Eccentric Workshop. The sidewall on the 10mm version should be just high and wide enough to support all the screw terminals. I am working on making it fit the Re-Arm board from Panucatt The Arduino screw holes are 2.5mm, my printer over extrudes just enough that a 2.5mm hole allows an M2.5 to thread in and grip nicely. The holes for the Extrusion are 5.1mm with a 9mm countersink diameter, this fits an M5 socket head to be used. At initial upload there are 3 files. They are 5mm,10mm and 15mm of edge gap between the Arduino and the surrounding wall. Edits: 2/3/21 Uploaded first of the Re-Arm version. 20mmV3. This one has the holes matching a Re-Arm board. I have not made Clearances for J8 (thermistor ports) or J4(UART) because my project will not be using them. This one and all future edits will have a bit more space for the M5 T-nuts, the others worked on my 2020 extrusion just fine, but when removing I noticed the nuts were able to get stuck on the extrusion engagement tab
